$\therefore$ Length of water flow in 1 hour(h)
$=7\times 3600m=25200m$
$\therefore$ Volume of water in 1 hour
$=\pi r^{2}h=\frac{22}{7}\times (0.75{)}^2\times 25200m^3=\frac{22}{7}\times \frac{75}{100}\times \frac{75}{100}\times 25200m^3=44550m^3$
Capacity of water in litres
$=44550\times 1000l$ ( $1m^3=1000l$ )

$=44550000l$
$=\frac{44550000}{1000}=44550kl$
