From given data,
Total literate $= 2000$
No. of Marathi news paper reader $= 2000 \times \frac{70}{100} = 1400$
No. of English news paper reader $= 2000 \times \frac{50}{100} = 1000$
No. of literates who read both English news paper reader $= 2000 \times \frac{32.5}{100} = 650$
The relation is shown in the figure using vein-diagram.
i) There are $1750$ literates are there who read at least one news paper.
ii)There are $250$ literates are there who read neither Marathi nor English newspaper.
iii)There are $1100$ literates are there who read only one of the newspaper.
