The initial vertical velocity for both bodies is zero because they are thrown horizontally.
Now if we consider their vertical motion then it is similar to free fall because both have zero initial vertical velocity.
We know that for free fall the time taken in covering height H is given as $\sqrt[2]{2 H / g}$ ]
Now both of the bodies are thrown from same height, $H$ so time $t_{1} = t_{2}$
