Solution

N2 + 3 H2 2 NH3The equation tells that 3 moles of H2 gives 2 moles of ammonia. i.e., 3×22.4 L of H2 gives 2 × 22.4 L of ammonia. (since 1 mole of any gas occupies 22.4 L volume)6 L of hydrogen will produce = 2 × 22.43 × 22.4 × 6 = 4 L of ammonia
