Now we know

$\angle POA+\angle POB={180}^{\circ }$ [linear pair]

$x+10+x-10={180}^{\circ }$

2x=180

$[x={90}^{\circ }]$

Now $\angle POA$ =x+10=${100}^{\circ }$

& $\angle POB=x-10=90-10=80$

$\therefore \angle POA$ obtuse angle.
