Here, the position of the particle during the time interval 0 s to 4 s changes from 0 m to 10 m
Hence, Displacement covered
= final position - initial position
s=10m0m=10m
We have,
Average velocity = total displacement total time
Average velocity =10 m4 s=2.5 ms1
Hence, average velocity in first 4 s will be 2.5 ms1.
