The cyclist would reach the starting point at two instances. Att=7s, displacement of the cyclist became zero. Hence, the cyclist returned at the starting point at t=7s. Similarly, at t=13s, displacement of the cyclist again became zero, hence the cyclist returned at the starting point at t=13s too.
