The correct option is C 0.6 : 1
For the system to be in isothermal condition, total enthalpy must be 0.
From energy conservation and thermodynamics,

110×x×2+132×y=0

220x+132y=0

y/x=220/132=5:3

Hence, x:y=3:5=0.6:1

Hence, option B is correct
