The correct option is A 13°
(9y+7)° and (2y + 98)° form vertically opposite angles and they will be equal.

$\Rightarrow$ (9y+7)° = (2y + 98)°
$\Rightarrow$ 7y = 91°
$\Rightarrow$ y = 13°.
