From the given table,
$= 4 \times 10 + 8 \times 1 + 2 \times (\frac{1}{10}) + 7 \times (\frac{1}{100}) = 40 + 8 + \frac{2}{10} + \frac{7}{100} = 40 + 8 + 0.2 + 0.07 = 48.27$
Hence, the decimal number is $48.27$
