By Lami's law

sin1354=sinαx

sinα=x42 [dxdt=4m/s]

cosαdαdt=442 [dαdt=ω]
and α=15 when θ=30

cos15×ω=12ω=12{223+1]=23+1

ω=0.74 rad/s
