We know that latent heat has been converted to energy.
According to question 1100 th of the mass of a block of ice may be melted if it falls into a well from a certain height.
So, Q = mL = mgh
Since it is 1100 th part we have,
So, mL100=mgh
L100=gh
3.4×105100=10×h
10h=3.4×105102

Or h = 3.4×102 m
So h=340m336m


Hence B is the correct option
