Natural indicators are prepared from red cabbage, turmeric, onion etc.
Procedure for the preparation of natural indicators-
- Cut the red cabbage into thin slices.
- Put the thin slices in a mixer and add water in it.
- Mix the ingredients properly.
- Put the stain in a glass.
-Prepared the solutions to be tested.
- Put the solutions in different glasses.
- Add red cabbage indicator in each glass.
- Arrange them in order of pH.
- Observe the colour changes in each glass.
