For the adsorption-
ΔG,ΔH,ΔS all are negative.
According to Gibbs free energy-
ΔG=ΔHTΔS
ΔG=ΔH+TΔS, as the ΔS=ve
So ΔH=ΔGTΔS
As the ΔG is already negative so ΔH also comes negative.
