The correct option is B Car A
Speed of the car = slope = DistanceTime

Equation of Car A: y = -15 + 40.5x

The above equation is in the form of y = mx + c, where 'm' indicates the slope which is also speed of the car.

Comparing the equation y = -15 + 40.5x with y = mx + c, we get:

Slope (m) = 40.5

∴ Speed of Car A = 40.5 kmph

For Car B:

The function is passing through the points (3,150) and (6,270)

So, Slope (m) = Change in yChange in x

=270 1506 3

=1203

=40

Slope = 40

∴ Speed of Car B = 40 kmph

Therefore, Car A has more speed than Car B.
