Rs. $19$

Let $A,G$ represents price of one apple and one guava respectively.

Given :

$19A+11G=482$ ......... (1)

$11A+19G=482-64=418$ ............. (2)

Solving equations (1) and (2) simultaneously we get

$G=11$

Substituting G in (1) we get

$A=19$.

$\therefore$ $A-G=8$.

Hence, the more amount Ganesh has to pay to purchase Apple instead of Gauva is Rs. $8$.
