Generally why are heavy metals toxic to our body??and why do their ions act as enzyme inhibitors??

Because direction to higher mass they accumulated in soft tissue and cause harmness due to hindrence affect to function of this tissue

They attach with enzyme and most probably reverse this reaction far away from actual reaction places or disintegrated from other organs
