Genetic information are transferred from nucleus to cytoplasm of cell through RNA. In eukaryotic cells, once precursor mRNA (pre-mRNA) has been transcribed from DNA, it is processed to mature mRNA. This removes its introns, non-coding sections, of the pre-mRNA.
