The sequence is 12,18,24......
a=12,d=6
First find the common difference:
an=a1+(n1)d
a6=12+(61)6
=12+5×6
a6=42
We know that, Sn=n2 [First term + Last term]
=62[12+42]
=3[54]
S6=162
So, George earned Rs. 162 in 6 days.
