Give 10 examples each of body under rest and body under motion.

An object is said to be in motion if it changes its position with respect to the reference point along with time. A body is said to be at rest if it does not change its position with respect to the reference point. When the object remains at the same point, it is said to be at rest. When a force is exerted on it, it starts moving.
Now there is one important point here That There is no absolute rest or absolute motion in this universe!
so we are saying rest then it is relative to some refference frame with respect to which you are observing the motion.
so i am saying rest with respect to which frame
