Aerosol: An aerosol is a suspension of fine solid particles or liquid droplets, in air or another gas. Aerosols can be natural or anthropogenic (man made). Examples of natural aerosols are:

dust
forest exudates
geyser steam
Examples of anthropogenic aerosols are :
haze
particulate air pollutants
smoke
Emulsion: An emulsion is a colloid of two or more immiscible liquids where one liquid contains a dispersion of the other liquids.
Oil and water mixtures are emulsions when shaken together. The oil will form drops and disperse throughout the water.
Egg yolk is an emulsion containing the emulsifying agent lecithin.
Butter is an emulsion of water in fat.
Mayonnaise is an oil in water emulsion that is stabilized by the lecithin in egg yolk.
The photosensitive side of photographic film is coated with an emulsion of silver halide in gelatin.
