Solution
A) Eukaryotes are more efficient than prokaryotes because they contain mitochondria which enables them to use food more efficiently than prokaryotes. Prokaryotes basically use electron transport system present in the plasma membrane for their energy requirement.
B) Chloroplast and mitochondria perform the same functions, the only difference is that chloroplast is present in plant and mitochondria is present in animal cells. Chloroplast help in making food for the plant through the process of photosynthesis. Mitochondria also provide energy to the animal cells in the form of ATP.
