Mahmud of Ghazni is also known as Mahmud-i-Zabuli.He was the most important ruler of the Gaznavid empire.
He conquered the Iranian lands along with the North-western part of the Indian territory including Pakistan and Afghanistan.
He looted the wealth of India during the declining phase of Rajputs.He plundered India 17 times for its gold.
