Give a brief note on different bio-geochemical cycles

Solution
A biogeochemical cycle is a repeatable pathway by which either the chemical element or a molecule moves through both biotic and abiotic components. They include the following cycles -
Oxygen cycle- It is the exchange of oxygen in the atmosphere, biosphere, hydrosphere and lithosphere
Carbon cycle - It is the exchange of carbon dioxide with the biosphere, atmosphere, lithosphere etc.
Nitrogen cycle- It this cycle nitrogen is converted into many forms and circulates in the ecosystem.
Water cycle - This cycle describes the continuous flow of water above and below the earth. It is also known as the hydrologic cycle.
