When there is a loss of water through sweating in that case we should bring 3 to 4 litres of water daily because:

  1. As drinking water maintains the balance of body fluids and also helps in controlling calories.
  2. Water helps energise muscles and helps in keeping the skin looking good.
  3. Water helps in maintaining the temperature of the body and also helps in the functioning of our cells optimally.
  4. Drinking three to four litres of water elevates the risk of constipation and diarrhoea in our bodies.
