Heterogenous mixture: It is the type of mixture in which two or more components of a substance do not mix with each other completely and because of that the composition is not the same throughout.
A separate phase of the substances is visible.
An example of a liquid-liquid heterogeneous mixture is oil in water.
When we add oil to the water, we can see two separate layers of oil and water.
This solution can be separated by using separating funnels available in chemistry labs.
