RBCs or Red Blood Corpuscles are cells in mammals that do not contain a nucleus . This primarily is because it enables the RBC to carry oxygen more efficiently. However , when RBC is made in the bone marrow , it does contain a nucleus. But when it joins the blood stream, this nucleus is ejected by the process called Enucleation.l
