Open in App
Solution

Right to choose means any consumer who receives a service in whatever capacity, regardless of age, gender and nature of service, has the right to choose whether to continue to receive the service. An example of the violation of the right to choose would be a telecom company wanting the customers to buy even the mobile phone from them if they want to avail their internet services.
