Give any one difference between each of the following:
(a) Protozoa and Metazoa
(b) Vertebrate and Invertebrate
(c) Insecta and Arachnida
(d) Flatworm and Roundworm

(a) Protozoa are unicellular microscopic organisms whereas metazoa is multicellular organisms and can be seen through naked eyes.
(b) A vertebrate is an animal with a backbone and invertebrates are those animals with do not have the backbone or notochord.
(c) In Insecta, the body segment is divided into three parts: head, thorax and abdomen whereas in Arachnida the body segment is divided into two parts: cephalothorax and abdomen.
(d) Flatworm consists of the dorso-ventrally flattened body whereas roundworm consists of a cylindrical body.
