Electric charge is defined as the property of subatomic particles that causes it to experience a force when placed in an electromagnetic field. There are two types of charges, Positive charges and negative charges. Like charges repel and unlike charges attract each other.
Mathematically, we can say that a charge Q is the number of electrons(n) multiplied by the charge on 1 electron.
