  1. A habitat can be defined as a place or home of organisms that meet all the requirements that an organism needs to survive.
  2. For example, forests, deserts, mountains, etc.
  3. There are two kinds of habitats namely natural habitats and man-made habitats.

Natural Habitat:

  1. Such a kind of habitat is created by nature.
  2. It includes the sea, forest, ocean, deserts, etc.

Man-made Habitat:

  1. As the name indicated, this habitat is created by man.
  2. In this habitat, the artificial environment is created by man which is appropriate for the organisms to survive.
  3. It includes zoos, aquariums, national parks, etc.
