Question

Give geometrical representation of 2x+3=9 in one variable and in two variable????

Open in App
Solution

2x+3=9
= 2x-6=0

X=6/2=3...in one variable

In 2 variables:-
2x+o.y-6=0
In this equation, just substitute the value of y as 0,1,-1 ...and u will get its solutions like, (3,0),(3,1),(3,-1)...

That is if you put y=0
Then 2x+0(0)-6=0

Then point is (3,0)

And y=1 then (3,1)
