Disclaimer: Any one of the mentioned substance can be used to answer the given question.
Examples are:

(i) ions only - Strong electrolytes, such as dil. hydrochloric acid (HCl), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium acetate (CH3COONa), dil. sulphuric acid (H2SO4) etc.
(ii) molecules only - Non-electrolytes, such as urea (NH2CONH2), glucose (C6H12O6), carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), distilled water (H2O) etc.
(iii) both ions and molecules - Weak electrolytes, such as acetic acid (CH3COOH), ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH), ammonia (NH3), carbonic acid (H2CO3) etc.
