Flower:

  1. Flowers are the primary sexual reproductive organs in angiosperms. The male reproductive part of a flower is called the stamen, and the female reproductive part is the pistil.
  2. Stamen contains two parts; filament and the pollen-bearing anther. Pistil contains three parts; stigma, style, and ovary, in which egg cells are present.
  3. The flower which bears both the male (stamens) and female (carpels) reproductive organ is a bisexual flower.
  4. Examples of bisexual flowers are Hibiscus, flowers of mustard, rose, etc.
