Let $l, b$ be length and breadth of a rectangle.
Area of rectangle $= l \times b = 2 x^{2} + 9 x - 5$
$= 2 x^{2} + 10 x - x - 5$
$= 2 x (x + 5) - 1 (x + 5)$
$= (2 x - 1) (x + 5)$
So, length $= (x + 5)$
And breadth $= (2 x - 1)$
When $x = 1$ , then $l = 6$ and $b = 1$
And when $x = 2$ , then $l = 7$ and $b = 3$
