• It requires special expertise and these types of services are called quaternary occupations.
• E.g., testing the quality of products.
• In order to acquire the special skills and expertise, one needs access to education. The education centres of such expertise are expensive and access are limited to people.
• Therefore, due to lack of access of opportunity and awareness, people are unable to learn these special skills and expertise and quaternary occupations cannot be commonly seen.
