Uses of Acids:

  1. Sulfuric and nitric acid is used in industrial production.
  2. Food preservation uses citric acid.
  3. In batteries, sulfuric acid is widely utilized.
  4. Many soft drinks contain phosphoric acid as the main ingredient.
  5. Vinegar is a diluted acetic acid solution that has a variety of uses in the home.
  6. Sinks and sanitary ware are also cleaned with hydrochloric acid.
