In Chile, there was military dictatorship under Pinochet wheras in Poland, Communist rule prevailed.There was dictatorial rule in Chile whereas Poland was ruled by a political party. The Pinochet rule supported capitalism whereas the Communist rule in Poland was against capitalism.
