b. Though railways has public grievance cell, has started SMS services to complaint and give suggestions with regard to railways, many other changes needs to be incorporated.,
c. To ensure trains run on time, it is important that waiting time at certain stations must be reduced.
d. Some kind of penalty must be imposed to ensure trains run on time.
e. Laws regarding pulling chain frivouslsy must be stringently implemented.
