Biomolecules with carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen with heavy molecular weight are called Proteins. These are following types

a) Simple proteins – protein which composed of only amino acid.

b) Conjugated proteins – simple protein with non protein part

c) Derive proteins – these are formed by denaturation or hydrolysis of proteins.
