  2. The differences between homogeneous and heterogeneous mixture are:

S.No.

Homogenous Mixture

Heterogenous Mixture

1

The mixture in which the components mixed with each other evenly throughout the mixture is called a homogenous mixture. The mixture in which the components do not mixed up throughout and can be observed separately is called a heterogeneous mixture.

2

Components of the mixture cannot be seen with naked eyes.Components can be clearly seen with naked eyes.

3

The size of components is of atom or molecule level. The components are bigger in size.

4

Components can not be separated easily.Components of heterogenous can be separated easily.
