A relation of $G$ with force is as following ,$F=\frac{G{m}_1{m}_2}{r^2}$

so we get $G=F{r}^2/m_1{m}_2$

so dimensional formula will be $\frac{ML{T}^{-2}{L}^2}{M^2}=M^{-1}{L}^3{T}^{-2}$
