(i) XeF4 is isostructural with ICl−4. It is square planar due to sp3d2 hybridization which results in octahedral geometry with two lone pairs occupy opposite positions.
(ii) XeF2 is isostructural with IBr−2. It has a linear shape due to sp3d hybridization which results in trigonal bipyramidal geometry with 3 lone pairs in equatorial plane.
(iii) XeO3 is isostructural with BrO−3. It has a pyramidal shape due to sp3 hybridisation with terahedral geometry in which one position is occupied by a lone pair.
