Give the meaning of "efficient utilisation of resources" and "effectiveness".

Efficiency refers to getting the things done in right way with no wastage of resources. Where as effectiveness refers to achieving target and setting goal in right direction. For example, when there is demand for small car in the market then producing small cars on time means effectiveness whereas producing cars by minimising wastage, cost and in best possible way is called efficiency.
