  2. Copper (II) hydroxide Cu(OH)2: Copper hydroxide is used as a fungicide. A mixture of copper hydroxide and copper sulfate is also used as insecticides and pesticides. Malachite copper hydroxide is a bright green mineral used as a semiprecious stone for making ornaments.
