Naming and Explanation of each factor : 1 Mark each
The three factors are temperature, humidity and surface area. Evaporation is a surface phenomenon by which particles having higher kinetic energy leave the surface. As the temperature increases, the kinetic energy of the particles increases which helps to escape from the surface easier and faster. As the surface area increases, more number of particles can come to the surface and can easily escape. These factors result in increased rate of evaporation.
Humidity is the amount of water vapor in air. If the water vapor in air is 100%, it is difficult for particles from any surface to enter the atmosphere. So, if the amount of water in air is already high, the evaporation decreases.
