Solution
Response to stimuli:
Living things react to the external or internal stimuli (changes around the surroundings) to which they respond.
Stimuli: The changes occurring in the surrounding and inside an organism to which living things respond are known as stimuli.
Response: The reaction to a particular stimulus is known as the response.
Response to stimuli in animals:
When a person is bitten by a mosquito, the individual raises their hand to kill the mosquito.
The bite is the stimulus that generates a response of killing in order to avoid pain.
Response to stimuli in plants;
When a plant is kept a little away from a window through which sunlight enters the plant doesn't grow upright anymore but bends a little towards the direction where sunlight is falling through the window.
