Alcohol
Alcohol in small quantities also affects the body in the long term.
It affects the central nervous system, leading to effects such as memory impairment, lack of awareness, lack of judgement and lack of coordination in movement.
It can affect the brain, liver and lungs and can cause cancer too.
Drugs
Drugs can damage and harm the body, and there is a lot of alteration in the behaviour of a person, state of mind and consciousness.
These types of drugs are called narcotic drugs.
These drugs are very addictive in nature, and the body starts craving the same.
In long term usage, the doses start increasing, and people may die because of it.
