Find the value of given trigonometric functions :

We are given with 15cotA=8

cotA=815

We know that,

cotA=B(Base)P(Perpendicular)P=15,B=8

From these values we will get the value of H ( Hypotenuse )

H2=P2+B2H2=152+82H2=225+64H2=289H=17

Now we have to find values of sinA and secA ,

We know that ,

=sinA=P(Perpendicular)H(Hypotenuse)=sinA=1517

Also we know that ,

secA=H(Hypotenuse)B(Base)secA=178

Hence, the value of sinA and secA are 1517and178 respectively.
