Solution

Reconstitution of a firm refers to the change in the composition of the firm. It merely means changing the number or status of the partners and not the rights and duties of the partners.
Whereas, Dissolution of the firm means termination of the business of the firm. The rights and duties of the partners towards the firm cease to exist.
